1. Before pairing the radiator, make sure that your smartphone is set to the plane mode and the Wi-Fi connection is on. Sometimes the phone’s operating system automatically redirects to the 4G mobile data network if an internet connection is not detected.
2. Follow the instructions of the video tutorial 

You should receive a verification email to confirm the registration. If no email is received:

• 1. Check the SPAM folder
  2. Try to enter the data again and verify that they are correct
  3. Some company emails may prevent the receipt of the confirmation email: then we recommend the use of common email addresses (such as gmail, hotmail …)

1. This could happen when the application runs in background on your smartphone: in that case restart the application, log out and then log in again.
2. If the problem persists, you should repeat the setup procedure again.

1. Once connected to the network, the Wi-Fi thermostat automatically sets itself to the Greenwich Mean Time zone.
2. Follow the instructions in the manual to set the correct time zone in the appropriate section of the thermostat settings menu.

1. The main feature of inertia radiators is the heat accumulation; therefore, the heat emission continues for a certain period even after the thermostat cut-off.
2. At the first start-up, if the radiator heats continuously for a long time, even if the set temperature has been reached, you should interrupt the power supply to the radiator for at least one minute and then restart it.
