Pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, with regard to personal data that comes into the possession of Deltacalor S.r.l., hereinafter referred to as DELTACALOR, we hereby inform you of the following:
Data provided by the User when requesting information from DELTACALOR and the services it offers through the web portal will be saved in computerized databases belonging to DELTACALOR, whose registered offices are in Via Mazzini, Calolziocorte, and which will act as data controller. DELTACALOR will employ the User's personal information in accordance with the privacy safeguards established by Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and other applicable regulations. ÂThe personal data collected by DELTACALOR may be disclosed to any of the company's employees, associates, or consultants of any kind, as well as to all executive bodies. This data may also be disclosed to DELTACALOR subsidiaries and affiliates, within the scope of the purposes described above.
